How to delete your BlyssFeed account
BlyssFeed lets you delete your account directly in the app or request deletion by email if you need help.
Fastest option: Open the BlyssFeed app and go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Delete account.
Delete your account in the app
In the current BlyssFeed app, account deletion is available directly inside the app experience:
- Open Profile.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Privacy & Security.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
What happens when you delete your account
When account deletion is completed, BlyssFeed removes your account and clears linked user data where possible, including:
- saved stories;
- seen-story activity;
- video seen activity;
- notification devices and push registration records;
- preferences and onboarding-related data; and
- active login sessions and refresh tokens.
Some limited operational records may remain where required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, security, or platform-compliance reasons, but they will no longer function as an active BlyssFeed account.
Need help or cannot access the app?
If you cannot access the app, email hello@blyssfeed.com and request account deletion. Please include the email address associated with your BlyssFeed account so we can verify the request.
Manual request timeframe
If account deletion is handled manually through support, BlyssFeed aims to process the request within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 business days.
